Susan Custer assists the transactional attorneys with real estate acquisition and development transactions, real estate finance, and related business transactions. Susan has over 30 years of experience in these practice areas, and she handles document preparation for real estate closings as well as entity formation. She also reviews title documents and surveys and works to resolve title issues. Susan monitors the transaction timelines and facilitates closing transactions.
Susan received her paralegal certification from Southern Methodist University in 1988.
